TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

TimeSlacker is a Slack app that lets users and teams track project times directly from Slack. By using TimeSlacker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not install or use TimeSlacker.

2. Use of TimeSlacker

TimeSlacker is intended for use by authorized users only. An initial free trial is provided. After the free trial a subscription will be required to continue using the service. You agree to use TimeSlacker only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Privacy Policy

TimeSlacker respects the privacy of its users. We will not share your personal information or data with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Our Privacy Policy, which you can find here, provides more information about how we collect, use, and disclose information.

4. Limitations of Liability

TimeSlacker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that TimeSlacker will be error-free or uninterrupted. We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of TimeSlacker, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Termination of Service

If you wish to unsubscribe you may do so at any time by going to your dashboard and cancelling your subscription. You need to be a Slack workspace admin or owner to do this. You will be liable to pay for pro-rata'ed usage for the period within wich you unsubscribe (usually monthly). You can also contact us at support@timeslacker.app to discuss your account.

If we decide to terminate your account for any reason, or stop the service, you will be refunded any outstanding payment that you have not used fully. Prior to terminating any services we will notify the Slack workspace admins or original user installing the app by email.

6. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of TimeSlacker after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
